Most of you how know me and my dirty mind are probably thinking "What sexual thing has he gone and done now?". Granted I did have a sexual first this year (Actually I've had a few - w00t!)) but this is not one of those.  This isn't even a good first and I would have been much happier if I didn't have to experience it. I'm on ACC. Let me explain...

Hurt my back at work last week and it hasn't come right.  It's not a constant thing but if I move around to much or sit in the same position for too long my back lets me know that I need to slow down. I had wed, thurs, fri off las week and all of this week.

Now again, those of you who know we will be thinking "But being of work is a good thing!" and I would have to agree with you there. It's not that I don't like not being at work. I do! It just..............

to be perfectly honest I have no clue. Someone hand me the blue pill!

With all the pulava about piggy flu going around you think that people would get the message that if you're sick......STAY THE F!@K AT HOME!!

On Friday night's epic D&D game (AJ you are all kinds of awsome!!) someone, and I won't mention names (ROSSCO!!!) decided to come to game with all his germs. Well THANKS A TON ROSSCO!!! Now Iain, AJ, Hazel and Sam are sick. Haven't heard anything from G as to his state but then again he could have died or sprouted a curly tail or some such, my wife is starting to come down with it and I started coughing last night!!

 As it turns out I don't have any.

It's my birthday today and, as a present to myself, I decided to give up smokeing. And, as with previous attempts, it didn't work. Not an hour after I had woken up before the familiar urge to have a ciggie started and turned into something that I can't really describe.

It's quite a sobering feeling to realise you are so dependant on something that you turn into a blithering mess if you try not to have it. So I've learned that cold turkey doesn't work. I'm going to try and lengthen the time between smokes and work my way down gradually.

I'm quite dissapointed and disgusted in my lack of will power.

 I think the subject says it all. I'm bored out of my tree.

Don't ask me why. I've got more than enough PC games to keep me going not to mention all the DVDs I could watch but I don't have the drive to play/watch any of them.

And to make matters worse I'm becoming addicted to Facebook

We had our dinner party last night and it went REALLY well. It started at about 6ish and the last of the drunks left at about 4.30 the next morning.

belgret  cooked a 3 course meal which she spent a heck of a long time making and setting out. Here is the table setting that she did




We had a stop in visit from invisiblemoose  who dropped of a xmas present:





Needless to say we were all rapped with them. THANKS SCOTT!!!

As with the previous get together we had there was much drinking and fun. Thanks to everyone who came and made the night one I wont forget in a hurry =)

The subject says it all really.....THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!

Hasn't been the best of weeks but then it hasn't been the worst either.  

Rebecca has done a great job with sorting out the new house. Only a couple of boxes still hanging around with their contents waiting patiently for a home. Skitten has settled in well. She was outside the day after we moved in and has learned how to use the cat door!

Work has decided, for some unknown and probably illogical reason, that they want me to travel down to Turangi every Monday! I find the idea absolutely crazy but, hey, what do i know right? I'll give you my reason. I went down Monday just gone. Here is what I did:

0830 Left Waikeria Prison
1030 Arrived at Tongariro/Rangipo Prison (Turangi)
1045 Delivered some raidos
1100 Checked e-mails
1130 Left Tongariro/Rangipo Prison
1330 Arrived at Waikeria
1400 Went home

And so far it looks like this Monday is going to be pretty much a repeat. The only job I have down there so far is to relocate a PC from one room to another down the hall! What a waste of time.  On the plus side it means that I spend most of my Monday driving and not doing work so I spose it isn't all that bad.

This week is going to be quite busy - here is the run down:

Monday: Work as usual then off to a friends house for dinner
Tuesday: Work as usual and then my usual Tuesday night D&D game
Wednesday: Work as usual. Packing up out stuff and upgrading my account to WotLK - WooT!!!!!!!
Thursday: Work as usual then off to the movies
Friday: Work as usual then of to a BBQ at the inlaws

Now as most of you now we are moving house this weekend and as you can see our schedule dosen't leave much time to pack.

I have to take my hat off to my lovely wife. She has been doing the bulk of the packing while I join in when asked. Usually to help out holding the boxes together while she seals the boxes.

So yeah
